How can you tell if the text is from US Speaks?

1. Every text is sent by a live interviewer. If you get a message, ask them to confirm they are with US Speaks. 

2. Each live interviewer identifies themselves by name, and says they are texting on behalf of US Speaks.

3. We never spam you with links. You will only get a link to complete a survey if you first agree to participate when asked, and some of our surveys are conducted entirely back and forth by text message.

4. If you ask to stop, the survey ends immediately.
